Teaching Grammar: What Really Works Grades 4-12 **IN PERSON** presented by Amy Benjamin – 8:30-2:30pm

This workshop will demonstrate engaging and memorable ways to teach the parts of speech, and how students and teachers can use their knowledge of parts of speech to improve vocabulary and writing skills. Amy Benjamin is the author of several books on teaching grammar, including Infusing Grammar into the Writer’s Workshop. Grades 4-12 Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 Consortium seat. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
