Classroom Management From the Heart **ONLINE** presented by The Harmony Strategies Group, a collaborative of conflict management experts – 8:30-2:30pm

This workshop highlights ways and means of establishing authority, respect, and streamlined management in your classroom. By introducing the science behind how our brains process information, the program helps teachers and administrators better target the underlying causes behind attitudes and misbehavior. The workshop highlights methods of discipline and class rules that promote equality among students and mutual respect. Participants will end the day with a greater understanding of how to create a classroom where children are eager learners and respectful peers. Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 consortium seat. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
