Adult students in the School of Cosmetology competed recently in the regional SkillsUSA competition. Imani Marshall and Alyssa McKenna practiced the skills they are learning in the Western Suffolk BOCES program.
Adults can begin this 1,000-hour program, located at Wilson Tech’s Northport campus, on the first school day of every module with approval of instructor and counselor. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
