Administrative Leadership Academy **VIRTUAL 3 Two-Hour Sessions** presented by Christina Moran – 4-6pm

The course will focus on skills necessary to lead with vision, compassion and purposeful intent. Each session will aim to nurture and develop exceptional leadership skills among newly appointed or aspiring individuals, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel. This course will serve as a community for fostering personal growth, effective communication, mentoring and nurturing visionary thinking. Investing in the development of exceptional leaders will positively impact our communities, organizations, and society as a whole. The Leadership Academy will have the following key objectives: a) Develop Leadership Competencies: Provide participants with comprehensive training in core leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership. b) Foster Personal Growth: Encourage self-reflection and personal development, enabling participants to build self-awareness, resilience, vulnerability, adaptability, and a growth mindset. c) Cultivate Collaborative Skills: Promote effective teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to lead diverse groups by fostering inclusivity, empathy, and cultural understanding. d) Ignite Innovation and Visionary Thinking: Inspire participants to think creatively, embrace innovation, and envision bold solutions to complex problems. Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 Consortium Seat. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
