Conflict Management: Theory & Practice **ONLINE** presented by The Harmony Strategies Group, a collaborative of conflict management experts – 8:30-2:30pm

This workshop introduces basic conflict theory along with strategies and practices for addressing conflict in school settings. We evaluate what happens when conflicts escalate, and what are the appropriate measures to take in different conflict situations. The program includes conflict exercises and discussion of realistic conflict scenarios. Participants will come away with thoughtful ideas on who, where, and how conflicts should be addressed in their school systems, along with practical skills to handle various types of classroom and playground conflicts. Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 consortium seat. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
