Access Our Student Portal
On the Western Suffolk BOCES Regional Summer School portal, you will be able to access your student’s schedules, grades, attendance and progress reports.
To access your WS BOCES student portal, please go to: https://studentportal.eschooldata.com/wsb
USERNAME:
Your username email to access the student portal is:
Firstinitial.LastnameHomeSchoolIDNumber@gafe.wsboces.org (this is a sample)
Example: If your name is John Doe, and your home school student ID number is 555768210, then your student portal log in would be J.Doe555768210@gafe.wsboces.org (this is a sample; please use YOUR name) If you do not know your student ID number, please contact us.
PASSWORD:
The password will be: summer (all lowercase) for the student portal.
Note: Please make sure to remember the password as it cannot be changed.
Google Classroom Log In
- Once you log into the portal, you will be able to log into your Google Classroom.
- To log into your Google Classroom, you will need to go to Google.com and on the far right there is a sign in for “google accounts” to click on.
- If you already have a Google account, you will need to first delete all previous accounts as it will try to default to it.
- You may have to go to your icon button on the right hand side and click to “sign out of all accounts” and then sign back in with only the current WS BOCES username email and password.
- Your WS BOCES username email which you set-up for the Portal is also your Google account email (see above under Access Our Student Portal) and the password for your Google account is: Passwd2122 (case sensitive).
- Note: Please make sure to remember the password as it cannot be changed.
- Click on the 9-dot grid (apps button) and find the Classrooms link.
- Click on the Classrooms link and it will prompt you on the next steps.
