A Warm Welcome: Western Suffolk BOCES Chief Operating Officer Michael Flynn greets New York State Board of Regents Chancellor Betty Rosa when she visited Long Island Friday, October 1. Chancellor Rosa and Regent Roger Tilles were the guest speakers at a joint meeting of Nassau and Suffolk school superintendents, held at Western Suffolk BOCES Wheatley campus. Mr. Flynn presented the Chancellor with a poster created by students from James E. Allen Elementary School that featured regional landmarks and other drawings.
